Our average response time is 30 minutes. In busy periods or remote locations it may take a little longer, but we will always give you an honest estimate when you book.
What vehicles do you cover?
Cars, vans, motorcycles, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles. For larger vehicles or specialist recovery, call us and we will arrange the right equipment.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the type of rescue and time of day. We give you a clear price before dispatching a hero. No hidden charges.
What if you cannot fix it at the roadside?
If a roadside repair is not possible, we will tow your vehicle to a garage of your choice, your home, or the nearest suitable repair centre.
Are your recovery operators insured?
Yes. All Recovery Heroes operators carry full public liability and goods-in-transit insurance. Your vehicle is protected while in our care.
Can I book in advance for a non-emergency?
